Planning & Building regulations Process
PLanning Process
After the design concept process is complete & final planning permission drawings plans drawn to client satisfaction, GMW submit and manage the planning application through to decision.
Building regulations compliance
After planning permission granted, building regulations drawings and approval required, before contractors tender or works can commence. Approval requires structural plans and building regulation compliant working drawings to be submitted and approved by building control.
GMW can provide the relevant working drawings, submit and manage the building regulations process through to approval.
